I love this song! What I love about it is all of this fantastic animation these artists have worked on, it’s very much like watching a Broadway musical, which is very exciting! Of course, I also liked “Belle”, the opening song, where we first meet Belle, as she walks into town to return a book and getting a new one, and we also get to meet the villain, Gaston and LeFou. My favorite song is the one-and-only “Be Our Guest”. Like Belle, I always enjoy reading books, so there’s a bit of a bookworm in me. I will admit it, I used to have a crush on him □ As time when on, as an adult today, I realized then that Belle became one of my favorite characters, probably one of the most beloved female Disney characters that I can related to. He has been my favorite since I grew up watching this movie, as a little kid. My favorite character from the movie is Lumiere the candelabra. She is ranked as the 5th Disney Princess, right after Ariel from The Little Mermaid (1989), and later on, after Belle, we get Jasmine as the 6th Disney Princess in Aladdin (1992). Belle is voiced by Paige O’ Hara, and the supervising animator was James Baxter, along with Mark Henn. So let’s talk about the leading heroine of the movie, Belle □īelle is a young and an independent girl living in a quiet village in France, who loves to read books she is calm and intelligent, but she is also beautiful, clever, and charming. I highly recommended for any Disney fan, and for people who wanted to learn about animation, you should watch how the Disney Renaissance started it back in the 1980s’ through the 1990s’.Īlong with the three of my very first Belle fan art drawings, I’m also going to share you my thoughts about the documentary, Howard, at the end of this topic. I left a link for each down below from the previous topic, ‘ Andrina drawings (Disney’s “The Little Mermaid” (1989))’, so if you wanted to find and watch those trailers, go check it out. If we go back to the previous Disney-related post, I’ve mentioned about a couple of documentaries that focuses on the history of the Disney Renaissance era, such as Waking Sleeping Beauty and Howard, both directed by Don Hahn, the producer of Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, and The Lion King. Potts and Chip, the music is absolutely incredible, with brilliant songs done by the amazing teamwork of Alan Menken and Howard Ashman, and importantly, is all of its beautiful animation and art, done by the top best animators, such as Glen Keane, James Baxter, Mark Henn, Andreas Deja, Nik Ranieri, Will Finn, Ruben Aquino, and more. Well, I think the Disney fans, such as myself, would say that maybe it’s because it has a list of amazing characters, such as the Beast, Belle, Gaston, LeFou, Cogsworth, Lumiere, Mrs. I think the very good question, for me to ask, is: What makes Beauty and the Beast very special? There weren’t any more Disney animated films to be nominated for Best Picture again, until the release of Pixar’s film, Up (2009), eighteen years later, in which it became Pixar’s very first film to be nominated for Best Picture. Back when it was first released, in the groundbreaking history of Disney animation and filmmaking, Beauty and the Beast became the very first animated feature to be nominated for the academy award for Best Picture. There’s just so many positive things to say about this film! It’s been one of my top favorite Disney movies, I grew up with it from watching it on the VHS copy, and I did get to see the 3D re-release in theaters as an teenager in 2012. We Disney fans would agreed that Beauty and the Beast is one of Disney’s most beloved animated films of all time, and one of the iconic movies of the Disney Renaissance era that we ever grew up with, released in November of 1991, three years before I was born. I can’t tell you how super exciting I am on what I’m about to share you on today’s new topic, which I get to share you of my first three drawings of one of the most beloved, iconic Disney princesses, and that is Belle from Walt Disney’s animated classic, Beauty and the Beast (1991). Pretty soon, we might see some leaves changing color in every tree. The cool weather has been kicking in, even though there are moments that we’ll get the hot days and rainy days with the humidity, but at least the sun is still shining ahead. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend, now that we’re in the first week of the month.
